the filipinos learned a new word, impeachment, and has grown to love it after the clinton incident. political leaders would always want to look for holes to exploit, each outsmarting the other for their own personal interests. first, they ousted the former president estrada. now they wanted susan roces, a celebrity & widow of the late fernando poe jr, to replace arroyo. for what?? she doesn’t know anything about running a country, but she would make a good puppet with a great number of supportive followers. a lot of political figures are eyeing the presidential seat, or at least be given the access to power and influence, that’s why they needed a figure to feed the glamour-addicted filipino masses.

it’s all about power and the possible thought of amassing amounts of wealth. the people need to understand that ousting presidents is not the solution. be responsible for what you did because you casted the vote, assuming the president arroyo didn’t buy her way to presidency. (which i doubt. all politicians cheat in their own way, anyway.)

right now, i don’t give a damn who acts as president as long as they give back the glory the philippines had back then. i’m sick and tired of people going abroad in search of a better future, thinking that the philippines is a lost cause.

enough on personal quarrels and start working your political asses off!

a detachable keyboard for the mobile phone. not an au, though. it’s hard to key in 3 types of characters in japanese, so that’s why they come up with this one *heh*.

a very unproductive day. the lack of sleep made me feel weird today, as if i’m not used to staying up late anymore. i know that i have to start working on something, but my mind can’t seem to focus. i wasn’t able to understand simple tutorials and often found myself staring at the monitor absentmindedly. plus, the monitor is starting to give me headaches. i don’t want to lose my perfect 20-20′s for some job. -_-

the ojt from the annoying client upstairs gave us toblerone. i decided to munch on it later on my way home so i placed it on top of the cpu. i was already at the mall when i remembered i left the chocolate at the office. it wasn’t very far, but i’m too tired to go back and get it.

purchased some supplies from a nearby bookstore, little things that’ll help me get organized. went to a fastfood right across the bookstore and had light dinner.

while i was on board the fx taxi, i suddenly remembered that i left my supplies at the fastfood counter to carry my food tray. again, i didn’t go back to get it because i was already on the road.

*sigh*, this is so not my day.

INCIDENT #1 – transformer stickies

the maid has just told me that the street next to ours had no electricity for the whole day. it was said that the cause of the power failure was that somebody was trying to fix something at the top of the electricity pole; transformer electricutes the person, person’s back explodes, person got stickied on transformer for an hour until he dies.

i don’t know why, but i laughed when i heard the story.

INCIDENT #2 – princess got raped

somebody forwarded me this newsclipping about a dog named princess that got raped by an american teenager. prior to the said incident, the suspect was said to have molested two little girls earlier. according to the news, the dog owner caught him in the act, his pants pulled down while he humped the dog away like how he would to a woman. read more of the news here.

again, i don’t know why, but i laughed when i read the story.

i think i’ve got a sick sense of humor.

i had a hard time coming home since the rain was pouring down nonstop today, had to wait for the damn fx for about an hour at the terminal. the paper bag where i put my digicam in has turned soggy, it’s a good thing i wrapped the camera and the charger in plastic.

anyhoo, my boss is currently occupied with marketing rivermaya’s live performance at 6UG (our company’s bar) and most of the audio-video presentations are done. i had plenty of spare time to finish my loads. here’s a sample of the invitation card i did for an event this coming july.
