This dish is also called Ngo-hiong or Five Spices. You can buy Tofu Wraps (Tau-pe) from stores selling soy products or chinese groceries.

1 kilo coarsely ground lean pork
100g shrimp meat, cooked and finely chopped
1 tbsp refined salt
4 tbsp refined sugar

1/2 cup onion, chopped (probably 1 medium onion)
